Stronger. Sharper. Back Again!
We didn't abandon you, just took a little break to improve.

People do not change until they realize that the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.
Hey there 👋 ! It's been a while since we last chatted back in the summer of 2024. So, let me start by wishing you a belated Happy Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year! Now that we're all caught up, I'm excited to share our fresh new brand look with you. We've gone for lighter and brighter colors, and I hope you love them as much as I do! The main goal of these newsletters is to keep our amazing community connected, a community I've been nurturing for several years now.
On that note, we’re hosting a few events throughout this year — one such event being our Prod. 101 workshops!
PURPOSE: Struggling with time management? Have a passion project you can never seem to start? Looking to connect with others in your industry?
Prod. 101 is designed to bring creative minds together while teaching the fundamentals of production—whether that means launching your own project or learning to approach your goals with a producer’s mindset. This isn’t just another class; it’s a hands-on experience where you can learn and apply skills immediately. With both in-person and virtual options, this introductory course is just the beginning. Our workshops run year-round, each focusing on key skills to help you turn ideas into action. Ready to produce your future? Let’s get started.
WHO are these for? Generally, people with a goal and who want to learn a new method to achieve it. But also screen writers, filmmakers, directors, musicians, entrepreneurs, photographers, producers, students, artists of all kinds.
COSTS: Typically our remote classes are $30 remotely and $50 for in person. BUT, you’ve managed to catch us at a lucky time! On Saturday, March 15th, we’ll have a donation based class — give what you can. We’ll start at 1:30pm (PST) and will have snacks, dry erase boards and other necessary supplies avail for you. See below for more info if you’re in the LA area.

No Lies, Just Vibes. 🎶✨
For those who have wandered this deep into the newsletter that was linked on my instagram as “my first song”, I promise I didn’t mean to click bait you…at least not this bad. As promised, here is a snippet of something I’m working on as a little ditty bop! Hope it tickles your eardrums. Feel free to toss your thoughts my way—whether you're head over heels, mildly amused, or are simply curious. I'm still finding my way.
Some context: This year, I've set my sights on crafting an EP, a collection of sounds and stories. I believe the best way to master something new is to dive in headfirst, so that's exactly what I'm doing. I'll be unveiling little nuggets of musical goodness as they take shape. I hope this first offering brings a smile to your face!
MONTHLY FAVES
With each coming newsletter I’d like to keep some form of consistency moving forward. So here’s a few things of interest for you. Hope you enjoy.
Favorite Tune To Tune Into: Aaliyah - "One in A Million" Live Cover - Jordan Hawkins x N.A.I.V.E. I know, I know…I’m a sucker for a good cover or anything that samples early 2K music. But even if you, for some reason, don’t like his take — you have to applaud the instrumentation at around 1:20 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Cinema Worth Seeing: The Gorge — a sci-fi romantic action film directed by Scott Derrickson and my fave of 2025 thus far! The story follows two elite snipers, Levi and Drasa, stationed on opposite sides of a mysterious gorge, tasked with guarding against an unknown threat lurking within. If you’re a cinephile like myself, check out my favorite films of 2024. I watched roughly 132 films, mostly due to Sundance.
Something Stimulating, Shocking, or Silly: Did you know Disney parks are designed from a kid’s perspective? Statues are set so that only little ones get a clear view of the crown of characters. And there are secret tunnels for employees to avoid breaking the magic—because who wants to ruin the illusion by seeing a cast member taking a snack break?
